Go to the main menu in Fortnite, then click on the settings gear icon. Navigate to the 'Account and Privacy' tab, and your associated email should be there!
Just ask yourself: which email do I use for all my gaming accounts? It's probably that one.
If all else fails, check your old emails for any Fortnite or Epic Games messages. The address they used to send those is the one!
