Check the Degasi seabases for fragments too. Those abandoned bases are full of useful stuff lying around. Happy hunting!

Go to the wrecks in the Grassy Plateaus! You can find fragments in the Cargo Boxes there. Gotta scan those fragments to build it.

I always found mine around the Grassy Plateaus and in wrecks. Scan a couple of fragments, and you're good to go!

Just head to the red grass area (Grassy Plateaus) and scan the fragments inside the Cargo Boxes. Easy peasy!
