Seriously, just explore the map. NPCs are pretty much scattered everywhere but mainly around the main gym!
I found most of them either by the main training spot or by the arena entrance. Keep your eyes peeled!
Just wander around the different areas in Muscle Legends, especially near the gyms and shops. NPCs usually hang out there.
