Hey! Check your Facebook Activity Log. It keeps track of almost everything you do, including watching Reels. Just go to your profile, tap the three dots to access your Activity Log, and look under 'Videos You've Watched'. Easy peasy!
I've had luck finding old Reels by checking my search history in the Activity Log. If you remember any keywords or the name of the creator, it'll help! Good luck!
