Just ask whoever is running the server for the IP, lol. It's that simple.

Make sure you're looking in the right place. Sometimes the game itself shows the IP under multiplayer settings if you're hosting. If you're trying to join, the person who's hosting should give you the IP. No magic involved, just good ol' communication.
