If you want caves, head to the Plains of Eidolon or Orb Vallis. They've got all the caves you need, marked on the map.
Go to Plains of Eidolon or Orb Vallis, look for cave symbols on the map, and dive right in. Easy peasy.
In my experience, the caves in Warframe are easiest to find on the Plains of Eidolon and Orb Vallis. Just open up your map and look for the door icon - that's your cave entrance. Get spelunking!
