You need to use the formula KE = 0.5 * m * v^2. Measure the mass (m) in kilograms and velocity (v) in meters per second, then calculate!

In my physics class, we always used KE = 1/2 * m * v^2. Just plug in the numbers for mass and velocity. So simple!
