Just sail around the Ocean biome and look for a floating island. That's actually the Kraken. Careful though, it can dive anytime!

To find the Kraken (aka Leviathan) in Valheim, sail out into the Ocean biome. Keep your eyes peeled for small, island-like creatures with Abyssal Barnacles on their back. Good luck, sailor!
