Open File Explorer, go to 'This PC', then 'Local Disk (C:)', 'Users', your username, and finally 'AppData'. In there, navigate to 'Local' and look for the 'UNDERTALE' folder. If AppData is hidden, you may need to set system folders to be visible in the File Explorer options.
