When you're on the world selection screen, click on the world you want and your map seed will be displayed in the top right corner!

Open your Valheim world, then hit F5 to open the console and type 'imacheater' (without quotes). Next, type 'seed' and you'll see your map seed.

Just look in the world save file! Go to your Valheim folder, then worlds_local and find your world's .fwl file. The seed is right there.
