Usually, you just need to add Warframe's executable to RivaTuner manually. Go to the main RivaTuner window, click 'Add', and find Warframe's .exe file (usually located in the install directory).

Pro tip: Make sure you've located Warframe.x64.exe or Warframe.exe. Just click 'Add' in RivaTuner, find the file, and you're good to go!

Head to RivaTuner, click the big plus (+) button, and then navigate to where you installed Warframe. Add Warframe.x64.exe or whatever your Warframe executable is called.
