Easy peasy! Just head to the settings (gear icon) in the game, and you'll see your farm name displayed at the top.
Seriously, just look under your profile picture at the top left. Can't miss it!
Go to the friends book in the bottom left corner, click on the tab with a global icon, and your farm name will be at the top of the list.
