Check your audio settings both in-game and on your device. Sometimes a simple tweak there can solve the issue!
To fix echo on Fortnite, try using a headset with a noise-canceling microphone. Also, make sure the game audio output isn't too loud and pick up by your mic!
Had the same problem! I lowered the in-game mic volume and made sure my headset was properly plugged in. No more echo!
Switching to a wired headset solved the echo problem for me. Bluetooth ones can sometimes cause delays.
