Check your antivirus! Sometimes it blocks BattlEye from launching properly. Try disabling it temporarily and see if that does the trick.

Yo, the most common fix for the white launcher issue is to verify the integrity of your game files through Steam. Right-click on PUBG in your library, select 'Properties', then go to 'Local Files' and hit 'Verify Integrity of Game Files'. Worked for me!
