Try running Steam in Big Picture mode! It usually resolves most controller issues with Warframe. Also, double-check your controller settings in Steam just to be sure everything鈥檚 correctly configured.
Make sure your controller firmware is up to date. Sometimes the issue is with the controller itself, not the game or Steam.
I fixed it by disabling Steam Input Per-Game Setting in the controller configuration. Warframe seems to prefer handling the controller itself.
