To get the bus running in Stardew Valley, you’ve gotta complete the Vault bundle in the Community Center. It requires donating a bunch of gold - the amounts are 2,500G, 5,000G, 10,000G, and 25,000G. Once you fill up those bundles with your hard-earned cash, the bus to Calico Desert gets fixed up and ready to go!
