You'll need a Repair Tool and some batteries. Equip the Repair Tool, walk up to the damaged part of your Cyclops, and hold down the action button till it's good as new!

I've had to repair my Cyclops a bunch of times. Just use the Repair Tool and remember to pack extra power cells!
