Ran into this issue myself, here's what worked: Restart your console/PC, check if GTA Online servers are up (sometimes it's not you, it's them), and make sure your internet connection is stable. If all else fails, clearing the game cache can work wonders. Worked like a charm for me!

Honestly, it's probably your internet. GTA Online eats up bandwidth like crazy.

Just switch your router off and on again. Seriously. It's like magic for any online game, not just GTA.

Try forwarding ports for GTA Online on your router. It sounds complicated but a quick Google search will give you a step-by-step guide tailored to your router model. It basically tells your internet to prioritize GTA traffic, could solve your timeout issue.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
