Ran into the TPM 2.0 error myself and found a couple of fixes that worked like a charm! First, make sure that TPM 2.0 is actually enabled in your BIOS settings. If it's turned off, Valorant's Vanguard anti-cheat system won't be happy. Next, if BIOS settings are cool but you're still seeing the error, try reinstalling both Valorant and the Vanguard software. Honestly, this might sound out there, but check for any Windows Updates you've missed. Sometimes a simple update to your system can fix the issue with Vanguard and TPM 2.0. Worked for me after hours of digging around!
