How to Fix Warframe Freezing
Disable all in-game overlays like Discord and Steam. Those can sometimes cause Warframe to freeze. Worked for me!

Try verifying the game files through the launcher. It often fixes freezing issues caused by corrupted files. Also, make sure your GPU driver is up-to-date!
Lowering your graphics settings might help. Some systems just can't handle the game on max settings without freezing.
Honestly, reinstalling Warframe fixed it for me. I know it's a pain, but it cleared up the issue completely.
Just get a better PC. That's what I did, problem solved.
