How to fix whitening on Pokemon cards
Can't beat the magic of a good ol' white eraser for mild whitening. Gently rub the edges where the whitening is. If that doesn't work, some folks swear by very lightly using a nail buffer, but be super careful not to buff away the card itself! Another option is to apply a tiny bit of clear nail polish on the edges, but practice on a card you care less about first to get the hang of it.

Honestly, just leave it. Whitening adds character and shows the card has been on an adventure. Plus, any attempts to fix it might just damage the card more.
I've used a colorless blender marker on the edges before. It kinda 'rehydrates' the card color. Works like a charm for minor scuffs and whitening but don't overdo it, or it'll look worse.
