Try switching weapons quickly and then back. It can reset the scope and fix any bugs.

If your scope's acting weird, it might be a bug. Close and reopen the game. Works 90% of the time for me!

Just uninstall and reinstall the game. It's a bit extreme but sometimes a fresh start helps.
