Honestly, just play nice. But if you must, inside a car, unarmed, and aim. That's the magic formula.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! In GTA V, all you gotta do is equip the 'Unarmed' weapon selection. Then, if you're in a car, aim (usually by pressing the right stick on your controller) and voil脿, your character expertly flips the bird. If you're on foot, though, this trick won't work. It's car-exclusive, my friend!
Actually, it's kinda immature but if you're looking to express yourself in GTA, remember it only works in a vehicle. Who knew driving could be so expressive?
