Easy peasy! Connect your Hay Day game to your Facebook account through the settings menu. Then, check the friends tab to see all your Facebook buddies who also play Hay Day and tap 'follow.'

Just link your Facebook account in the game settings, and you'll see which of your Facebook friends are playing Hay Day. You can follow them from there!

Super simple: Go to settings in Hay Day, connect to Facebook, then head over to your friends list. Find your Facebook friends and hit follow. Bam! Farm buddies!
