So, I had to learn this the hard way but yeah, you gotta wait for night to fall in Terraria, talk to the Old Man outside the Dungeon, and he'll ask if you want to free him from his curse. Say yes, and BOOM, boss fight with Skeletron. Beat him, and the curse lifts. Good luck, you'll need it!
