Use the Alt + Enter combo to toggle fullscreen mode. Magic fingers for magic moments!
Why fullscreen? The true Undertale experience is in windowed mode. But if you must, F4 does the trick.
Trust me, hitting F4 is the key. My laptop loves it when I do that!
