From personal experience, just head to the save files in your AppData folder and remove 'system_information_962'. Game reset, simple as that!

To fully reset Undertale, go to the game's save files (usually located at C:/Users/[Your Name]/AppData/Local/UNDERTALE) and delete the file called 'system_information_962'. This should wipe your game progress completely!
