To get a blue chicken in Stardew Valley, first you gotta be friends with Shane. Raise your friendship with him until you trigger the 8-heart event. After this event, any eggs you incubate have a 25% chance of hatching into blue chickens. Cross your fingers and hope your next little chick comes out sporting that cool blue hue!

Honestly, it's all about impressing Shane. Get those friendship points up, enjoy his 8-heart event, and then it鈥檚 RNG for blue chickens. I got mine after a few tries. Persistence is key!

Just make Shane your BFF and watch a special scene. Then it's all up to chance with those eggs. Blue chicken = style points on your farm.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
