Just farm Angry Bones till ya drop. Literally, that's all you do. No shortcuts, no magic tricks, just good ol' grind.
Had to fight a zillion Angry Bones before one of them finally dropped a Bone Feather. It was a grindfest, but totally worth it for those sweet, skeletal wings!
