Trade for it! The Farm Egg is no longer available, so you gotta find someone willing to part with their cow.
From what I recall, you can鈥檛 hatch a cow anymore since the Farm Egg isn't available. Just head over to the trade section and make some deals!
The cow was available in the Farm Egg, which you could get from the Gumball Machine in the Nursery. Since Farm Eggs are out of rotation now, your best bet is trading with other players! Happy hunting!
