Literally spent hours farming Harpies on a floating island. Finally got my Giant Harpy Feather after what felt like the 100th Harpy. Worth it though, because those wings aren't gonna craft themselves. Just keep at it, and make sure your gear is good enough to handle the endless harpy onslaught.
