Easy peasy! To get the jetpack in GTA San Andreas, you need to complete the 'Black Project' mission where you steal it from a military base. After that, you can spawn it anytime using the cheat code: YECGAA for PC, LEFT, RIGHT, L1, L2, R1, R2, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT for PlayStation, and LEFT, RIGHT, L Trigger, WHITE, R Trigger, BLACK, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT for Xbox.
