You can get a lamp in Project Slayers by purchasing it from the item shop using Yen. It's usually available in the shop's miscellaneous items section.
Honestly, I just grabbed one from the item shop with some saved up Yen. It's not hard to find.
Forget the lamp. Just level up, slice some demons, and bask in your own glow. Who needs a lamp anyway?
