Man, just do some Invasion missions and side with the Grineer whenever they offer Roller Specter Blueprints. Trust me, you'll be rolling in no time.
Why bother with Roller Specters? Use a better summon like Wyrm or Carrier. Just my two cents.
Every time you see a Grineer invasion offering Roller Specter blueprints, drop what you're doing and jump in! I got mine after just a few runs.
