Hey there! You can find scooters in Adopt Me by either trading with other players or by getting them from gifts. Scooters are not consistently available in the store, so trading is your best bet!

If you're lucky, you'll find a scooter in one of the presents you can buy in the Gifts Display. They don't pop up often, though. Happy hunting!
