First off, make sure your relationship with them is as high as possible. Pump them full of gifts, non-aggression pacts, and trade deals. It鈥檚 like the political version of wining and dining!
Make sure to crush common enemies. Nothing brings people together like a shared enemy getting stomped.
Dominate the battlefield! Weaker factions are more likely to confederate if you show them who's boss. Winning big battles and taking their enemies down helps a lot.
