Fastest way to get RP? Just open your wallet and convert some of that real-world cash into Valorant Points (VP) and then buy Radianite Points with it. Instant gratification, if you ask me.
Grinding missions isn't the only way. Make sure you're also leveling up your battle pass as efficiently as possible. Pick agents that can complete multiple missions at once to maximize your RP gain per game.
Not to be that guy, but actually you can't 'get AP' in Valorant, because it's RP you're after. Just play a lot, and it'll come naturally. Or, you know, pay up.
