I spent hours in the Dungeon before I got mine. Those Armored Bones aren't generous with drops, but keep at it, and you'll find Armor Polish eventually. Make sure your inventory has space; wouldn't want to finally get it and then not be able to pick it up because you're carrying too many dirt blocks!
