What worked for me was maxing out my character's Crime skill by starting small with pickpocketing and working my way up. Then, I used disguises to evade the cops!
Honestly? Don't bother. Bank robberies in BitLife almost always end in disaster. Find another way to make that virtual cash!
Choose a fast car as your getaway vehicle and make sure your character's health is high to boost your chances. You might still get caught, but it's worth a shot!
