Try running high-level endless missions like Interception and Survival in the Void or Neptune. They have a decent drop rate for Axi W3 relics.
I've had good luck getting Axi W3 from Interception missions on Xini (Eris). Plus, it's a fun way to farm!
Straight up? Just go farm Marduk in the Void. It's about as good as it gets for Axi W3 relics. Good luck!
Seriously, just buy them from another player. Sometimes folks have extra and will sell them cheap. Saves you the grind!
