Contact Hay Day support if you can't find your farm. They can help you retrieve it with your old farm's details like name and level.

If you want to recover your old Hay Day farm, log into the game using the same Google Play or Apple ID that you used before. This should automatically restore your farm!

I lost my farm once too! Just make sure you鈥檙e using the same account, and if it doesn鈥檛 work, support can definitely help you out.
