Just head over to the Wrecks in the Grassy Plateaus and Safe Shallows. Scan the fragments, and you should be able to craft the charger after that!

Forget the Safe Shallows, just head straight to the Jellyshroom Cave. It’s faster. Trust me.

To get the battery charger, you gotta find its fragments in the world. Check out the northern Grassy Plateaus and the western Safe Shallows. Scan the fragments, and tada, you can craft it!
