To get Berengaria back, you need to finish the side quest 'The Lost Healer' in Chapter 5. She's hiding in the enchanted forest, so bring plenty of potions!

You'll find Berengaria again during the 'Whispers of the Old Oak' mission in Chapter 6. Just make sure you've unlocked the hidden path in the ancient ruins beforehand.
LOL, just talk to every NPC you see. Seriously, she's bound to pop up eventually during Chapter 5!
In my playthrough, Berengaria came back after completing the 'Echoes of the Past' quest. Look out for it in Chapter 5!
