You can change the blood color to blue by switching the language to Korean or Japanese. After that, go to Settings > Graphics > Color Blind Mode and choose 'Deuteranopia' or 'Tritanopia'. Once done, you can switch back to English!

Go to Settings > Basic and switch the language to Korean or Japanese. Then, under Graphics settings, enable 'Deuteranopia' or 'Tritanopia'. Switch back to English and enjoy the blue blood!
