I got the Blue Team Leader skin by claiming the PS Plus pack back in 2018. Wish they brought it back, but as of now, it's gone!

To get the Blue Team Leader skin, you needed to have a PlayStation Plus subscription and claim it from the PS4 store. This skin was part of a PS Plus Celebration Pack released back in 2018, so if you didn't grab it then, unfortunately, it's no longer available.

You can't get the Blue Team Leader skin anymore. It was exclusive to PlayStation Plus subscribers in 2018, and it hasn’t returned since.
