You can't change the Xbox 360 startup color officially. But you can mod your console if you're into that kinda thing. Just a warning: it might void the warranty and could get you banned from Xbox Live!

The Xbox 360 doesn't offer a blue startup by default. But hey, you can customize your dashboard theme with blue colors!

No way to get a blue startup without some serious modding. Stick to themes and wallpapers for safer customization!

Unfortunately, there's no official way to get a blue startup screen on the Xbox 360. It’s pretty much stuck with the default green.
