How to Get Bulletproof Windows in GTA 5 Online
I think the closest you can get to bulletproof windows in GTA 5 Online is by upgrading to armored vehicles. Some of them come with windows that can withstand a few more bullets than usual, but they aren't totally bulletproof. Heavy armor upgrades are your best bet!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't actually get bulletproof windows in GTA 5 Online. Despite all the cool upgrades and mods you can do, Rockstar didn't add the option for bulletproof windows. You gotta dodge those bullets the old-fashioned way!
Guys, just get an armored vehicle. It's as close as you're gonna get to having 'bulletproof' windows in the game. Learned that the hard way after spending too much cash on other mods that didn't keep the bullets out.
Actually, bulletproof windows aren't a thing in GTA 5 Online. Would've been cool, but nope.
