To get the Cyborg race in Blox Fruits, you need to complete the Cyborg Quest given by the robot NPC called Arowe in the Second Sea. You'll need a Fist of Darkness and Core Brain, which you can get by defeating certain bosses or from the Factory raid. Good luck, adventurer!

You gotta get a Fist of Darkness item, then head to the Second Sea and interact with the robot guy, Arowe. Easy peasy!
