To get Cyborg V3, you need to first get the Cyborg race by completing the Cyborg quest. Then, upgrade to V2 and complete Bartilo’s quest to unlock the Colosseum. Afterward, talk to Arowe in the Colosseum, and complete his quest to achieve Cyborg V3!

First, get the Cyborg race by finding the Fist of Darkness and defeating Darkbeard. Then, complete the Colosseum quest from Arowe to upgrade to Cyborg V3.
