Hey, if you have an iCloud backup from before the messages were deleted, consider restoring your iPhone from that backup. It's a bit extreme but can work.
Sometimes, if you have Facebook notifications enabled, you might find snippets of the message in your notifications history. Check there!
Unfortunately, once you delete Facebook messages, they are gone for good! No magical recovery spells here, folks.
